SHORT BIO

Annarita D’Addabbo received the Laurea  degree (cum laude) and the Ph.D. degree in Physics from the University of Bari, Bari, Italy, in 1998 and 2010, respectively. Since 1999, she has been with the Italian Research Council, where she is currently a Researcher with the Istituto di Studi sui Sistemi Intelligenti per l’Automazione (ISSIA), Bari. Her main research interests are in the area of pattern recognition and machine learning (classification, regression and estimation, data fusion) with applications both to remote-sensing images and to biological data.
