Stella de Robertis joined the Institute of Intelligent Automation Systems in January 2017 to assist researchers with funding applications and financial reporting. Previously, she was executive assistant to the Director of CNR’s Biophysics Institute, providing support in a variety of administrative and technical tasks. Prior to joining CNR in 1989, she worked for several years in shipping, freight forwarding and offshore services, both in Italian/international companies and abroad (London, UK). She acquired further experience abroad at the Personnel Department of the National Gallery of Victoria , Melbourne, Australia. For three years, Stella de Robertis also freelanced as a professional translator (English) in the publishing sector.
Stella de Robertis is co-founder and facilitator of Co-Vision, a community of practice of CNR’s administration and support staff (approx. 570 participants), which was established through the 2013 CNR Innovation Prize. Co-Vision was also designated as a “Smart Community in the Italian Public Sector” at SMAU 2016 in Turin.
